Update on Echoview training around AFS Seattle, Sep 2011

The 2011 AFS meeting in Seattle is fast approaching and places are still available on both the pre- and post-meeting Echoview training courses.

Course 1 (pre-AFS)
Dates: 01-03 Sep 2011
Venue: Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center (note recent name change from Comfort Suites)
Presenters: Toby Jarvis (Echoview), Anna-Maria Mueller (Aquacoustics Inc.)
Course times: 09:00-17:00 daily
- Day 1 (Thu 1st Sep): Overview of a logical workflow for hydroacoustic data processing using Echoview (Toby Jarvis)
- Day 2 (Fri 2nd Sep): Delving deeper into specific data-processing techniques as required, e.g. noise removal, multifrequency analyses, single targets and schools, automation etc. (Toby Jarvis)
- Day 3 (Sat 3rd Sep): DIDSON data processing in Echoview (Anna-Maria Mueller)
Course 2 (post-AFS)
Dates: 15-17 Sep 2011
Venue: To be decided

AFS 141st annual meeting
