Trouble?

It's a fact of life (and software) that every once in a while something just doesn't work! Whether you're not sure of the process involved or if the software won't collaborate, sometimes you need some help. The resources listed below form the backbone of Echoview Support, allowing you to contact us with details of whatever problem you might have. Other resources include the Echoview help file, available from within the program (press F1 for context-sensitive help) and on the web. The 'Troubleshooting' section in the help file provides extra assistance if the problem can't be solved by reading the available pages. If neither of these avenues provides a solution, we need to hear from you! See below for support options.

Request support on-line

This will allow you to enter details of the problem for which you require support, as well as contact details and important information about your Echoview configuration. All of the information that you enter is sent immediately to the Echoview Support team via email and receives exactly the same priority as an email request. The additional information included in an on-line request will often save us time and get you a faster result.

Request support via email

Send an email to Echoview Support (support@echoview.com). Your email will arrive in a mailbox that is accessed daily by all members of the Echoview Support team. This guarantees that it will be answered quickly even in the event of the absence of individual team members. The same guarantee cannot be made for emails sent to the email address of individual support staff.

Telephone Support

If you have an urgent support request (or if you just prefer to use the telephone over email!), we can guarantee phone support during business hours in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. We're open from 9 a.m to 5 p.m Hobart time. The Myriax office can be reached on +613 6231 5588. If you are likely to need after-hours support (for example on a survey) please email us in advance and request an after-hours support telephone number.
