General features of Echoview
Echoview is built for the professional fisheries scientist by a company
dedicated to serving the fisheries acoustics community. The design philosophy is
one of allowing visualisation of as many aspects of the data as possible and
providing flexible tools that give you the power to analyse your data the way
you want. A major feature of the software is the full documentation of
all mathematical operations and algorithms used in the software. Echoview
is not a "black box" and has no secret algorithms or techniques, thus giving you
"defensible" results.
